Calling to inquire about your application status, following up on submitted materials, asking about timelines, or making any repeated contact regarding employment will result in the PERMANENT AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of your application — with absolutely no exceptions, no appeals, and no reconsideration.
This includes calls, voicemails, emails asking for status updates, walk-ins, and any other form of unsolicited follow-up contact with HR or any staff member.

- No news does not mean your application was lost
- Review timelines vary — patience is required and expected
- All hiring decisions are final and at HR's sole discretion
- Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted
Our HR department will reach out if you are a qualified candidate. Submitting your application is the only action required on your part. Any follow-up contact — regardless of intent — will be treated as a violation of this policy and will result in permanent disqualification.
